Job summary

Circle Health Group Limited seeks a Director of Transformation and Chief of Staff to join the Senior Management Team in London. You will partner with the CEO to shape strategic priorities and lead the Transformation Office, overseeing major programmes and ensuring delivery across the business.

The role combines strategic advisory to the CEO with governance of transformation initiatives, driving performance, efficiency and measurable benefits for a leading private healthcare group.

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level experience in strategy execution and transformation within a large organisation.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation programmes with measurable outcomes.
• Experience advising CEOs and Boards and leading transformation offices.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted strategic adviser to the CEO and help shape Group strategy.
• Establish and lead Transformation Office with governance for programmes.
• Develop and manage a Group-wide transformation roadmap aligned to priorities.
• Lead complex transformation programmes driving performance and efficiency.
• Work with Executive Leadership Team to ensure strategic alignment and delivery of objectives.
• Review structures, operating models and governance to support growth.
• Establish programme governance, dashboards, and risk tracking for benefits.
• Prepare Board papers and executive briefs with actionable insights.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders to drive accountability.
