Job summary

Circle Health Group in London is seeking a Director of Transformation and Chief of Staff to join the Senior Management Team, working with the CEO to shape and deliver strategic priorities and the transformation agenda. This senior role combines strategic advisory with leadership of the Transformation Office, overseeing major programmes and ensuring delivery of initiatives across the business.

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level experience in strategy execution and transformation.
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programmes.
• Experience advising CEOs, Boards and senior leaders.
• Experience establishing or leading a Transformation Office/PMO.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate priorities into plans.
• Excellent programme and portfolio management capabilities.
• Understanding of operating models and governance.
• Analytical and financially literate.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted strategic adviser to the CEO and support strategy execution.
• Establish and lead Transformation Office with governance and accountability.
• Develop and manage a Group-wide transformation roadmap.
• Lead complex transformation programmes delivering measurable benefits.
• Collaborate with Executive Leadership Team, Board and stakeholders for alignment.
• Review structures and governance to support growth and efficiency.
• Prepare board papers, executive briefings and business cases.
