Job summary

South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Assistant Transformation Manager to support the Strategy & Transformation directorate. You will help design, deliver and embed transformational changes that improve quality, safety, patient experience, outcomes and value across directorates and corporate functions.

Working with clinical and operational leaders, you will coordinate multi-disciplinary workstreams, manage milestones, track progress, prepare reports and presentations, and

Qualifications

• Experience with project and programme management tools and techniques.
• Strong track record in stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the Transformation team in delivering the Community Care Development Programme and related priorities.
• Coordinate Directorate steering groups, ensure highlight reports are completed and governance escalations managed.
• Assist operationalisation of Community Mental Health Centres with data collation, milestones and trajectories.
• Work with Head of Change and Transformation to manage milestone-based processes and escalation paths.
• Support project prioritisation and resource monitoring.
• Coordinate Transformation Office to define, measure, report and evaluate plans, translating lessons into strategic actions.
• Prepare presentations and reports, liaise with stakeholders to obtain required data and ensure timely actions.
