Strategic Transformation Director, Bracknell

This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in manufacturing, especially supply chain planning, to guide clients towards improved processes that drive profit, resource effectiveness, and overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Act as an industry expert in manufacturing and supply chain planning, providing guidance to clients.
2. Lead clients to solutions in business processes, resource utilization, and technology through expert facilitation.
3. Stay updated with industry best practices and act as a thought leader in supply chain processes.
4. Support major software and service sales by demonstrating value and proposing strategic roadmaps.
5. Collaborate with Principal and Senior Enterprise Architects on Transformation Blueprints, including leading blueprint phases in projects.
6. Maintain close relationships with sales, management, consulting, support, and product teams to secure and present proposals.
7. Prepare and deliver presentations for industry conferences and forums.
8. Serve as a trusted advisor on complex manufacturing transformation programs.
9. Lead a proactive, cross-functional culture within the Customer Success and Delivery teams.
