Rugby Football Union (RFU) is seeking a Transformation & Data Projects Manager to join the Strategy and Transformation team. Based at Allianz Stadium with some home-working flexibility, you’ll lead data and digital transformation initiatives that underpin Plan 2030, focusing on adoption, governance and value delivery across the organisation.

• Proven experience leading or supporting large‑scale digital and data transformation.
• Strong programme and project management skills including scope, timelines, budget and quality.
• Experience in both agile and waterfall delivery environments.
• Experience supporting organisational change including stakeholder engagement and training.

Responsabilidades

• Drive transformation and data change across the organisation.
• Lead change-management activities and develop clear communications for adoption of new tools.
• Maintain organisation-wide view of milestones, dependencies and risks; escalate where required.
• Produce reports for Boards and senior leaders on progress, risks and benefits.
