Job summary

Our client, a PE-backed tech business near Heathrow, seeks a Transfer Pricing Manager to join the tax team on a flexible hybrid basis.

You will own local files, support global TP documentation, manage the Aibidia platform, coordinate functional interviews, and assist benchmarking and compliance. ACA/CTA/ADIT required; visa sponsorship not offered. Base salary £75,000–£85,000 with a 10% discretionary bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• ACA, CTA or ADIT qualification with TP documentation experience.
• Excellent project management skills and stakeholder liaison ability.
• Experience coordinating global TP documentation and local filings.
• Ability to work in a hybrid pattern near Heathrow.

Responsibilities

• Own preparation, review and delivery of Local Files across jurisdictions.
• Support Master File and group TP disclosures and documentation standards.
• Manage Aibidia platform data quality and version control.
• Coordinate functional interviews to gather TP information.
• Coordinate reviews with local finance teams on TP policy application.
• Support benchmarking analyses and external adviser collaboration.
• Track local file deadlines and TP filing requirements.
• Assist TP audits and respond to tax authority inquiries.
• Support ad hoc TP projects and policy implementations.
