Job summary

Brewer Morris is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to join the tax team near Heathrow with a very flexible hybrid working pattern. The role reports to the Transfer Pricing Director and collaborates with 8 tax team members on documentation, benchmark analyses and policy implementation.

Ideal candidates are ACA/CTA/ADIT qualified with TP documentation experience and strong project management and stakeholder liaison skills.

Qualifications

• ACA/CTA/ADIT qualification with transfer pricing documentation experience.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• No visa sponsorship offered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Own the preparation, review and delivery of Local Files across jurisdictions.
• Support Master File and Group methodology alignment in documentation.
• Maintain the Aibidia documentation platform across workstreams.
• Coordinate functional interviews with global finance leads for TP information.
• Review local files with finance teams and flag policy deviations.
• Support benchmarking analyses and data collection with external advisers.
• Manage TP compliance calendar and local filing deadlines globally.
• Assist TP audits and tax authority enquiries with documentation responses.
• Contribute to ad hoc TP projects and policy implementations.
