Job summary

Arm is seeking an experienced TPM to lead FPGA and Emulation platform delivery across a portfolio of projects, spanning compute subsystems and SoC implementations, deployed on FPGA and hardware emulation systems. This role focuses on pre-silicon software development, architecture exploration and validation, while you will not do engineering implementation but will challenge assumptions and drive decisions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing complex technical projects in semiconductor or hardware development.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence across engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Project manage FPGA and Emulation platform developments from planning through delivery.
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and dependencies.
• Manage project scope, requirements, risks and changes through the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with architecture, RTL, verification, software, FPGA and validation teams.
• Lead project evaluations, track progress and provide status updates to leadership.
• Identify issues early and drive them through to resolution.
• Balance technical, scheduling and business needs across priorities.
