Job summary

Arm is seeking Electronics Engineers for its Hardware Platform team in Cambridge to help shape the next generation of hardware platforms and SoC solutions. You will design, develop and commission new hardware platforms, driving PCB routing guidelines, SI/PI analyses and cross‑functional collaboration across distributed teams.

Requirements include strong electronics knowledge, embedded compute systems, high-pin-count SoCs, FPGAs/CPLDs, and expertise in high-speed interfaces (PCIe Gen5/6/7,

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of electronics, embedded compute systems and board design for high pin-count SoCs and FPGAs/CPLDs.
  • Expertise in high-speed digital design and PCIe Gen5/6/7, LPDDR5/6 memory technologies.
  • Knowledge of Signal Integrity and Power Integrity across board designs.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and commission new hardware platforms, driving PCB routing guidelines and SI/PI analyses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across distributed locations to meet project timescales.
  • Produce hardware specifications and test plans and document designs.
