Job summary

BW: Workplace Experts is seeking a proactive Estimator to lead the preparation and coordination of competitive tender submissions. You will manage the estimating process from initial enquiry through to final submission, working with the Bid Team, consultants, and supply chain partners to deliver accurate pricing and comprehensive tender documentation.

Qualifications

• Review tender documents thoroughly and align with tender requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Team on tender scope and strategy.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving measures.
• Ensure compliant, detailed submission with all documentation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a thorough review of all tender documents, liaising with the Project Team regarding tender requirements and arranging Tender Strategy meetings with the Bid Team.
• Maintain accurate records of all tender documentation throughout the tender process until handover to the Operations Team including review and distribution of Tender Addendums as appropriate.
• Identify all competitors tendering the project.
• Make arrangements to carry out a site visit for the whole Bid Team including all appropriate sub-contractors.
• Ensure onsite discussions are held with Building Manager and appropriate photos are taken during the site visit.
