Job summary

Entanet International, Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Transformation Programme Manager to bring structure, visibility and delivery discipline to a portfolio of high-priority telecoms transformation projects in our Telford office.

You will build credible plans, manage dependencies, governance, and surface risks early, while also getting into the detail to help projects move forward. This 6-month FTC requires strong telecoms project management experience and the ability to drive delivery across

Qualifications

• Experience in telecoms environments and operations.
• Proven track record in delivering detailed project plans.
• Ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects and dependencies.
• Experience managing risks, issues, actions, milestones and stakeholder expectations.
• Structured, proactive approach to work with delivery focus.
• Clear communication with senior stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Comfortable working at both strategic and hands-on levels.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrated project and programme plans.
• Break deliverables into tasks, milestones, dependencies and owners.
• Coordinate resource planning across projects and identify capacity conflicts.
• Establish governance rhythm with progress reviews and escalation routes.
• Track milestones, risks, issues and decisions; surface delivery confidence.
• Hold workstream leads and stakeholders to actions and commitments.
• Plan for delivery impacts with operational teams and business continuity.
• Assist with project initiation and scope definition including PID if needed.
• Translate broad deadlines into realistic delivery plans.
• Identify need for additional delivery capacity and justify it.
