Job summary

Project People is seeking an experienced Network Expansion & Solutions Lead on a contract basis to drive growth across telecoms and digital infrastructure. The role covers opportunity identification, business case development, planning, design, deployment and handover.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end site development, engage with landlords and authorities, and manage programmes from inception to delivery with strong commercial focus.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecoms, mobile networks, digital infrastructure or related industries.
• Strong understanding of network expansion, site acquisition and connectivity solutions.
• Experience leading end-to-end site development and deployment programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new network expansion opportunities across macro sites, rooftop assets, streetworks infrastructure and neutral host solutions.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of commercially viable growth opportunities.
• Develop business cases, investment proposals and commercial assessments for expansion projects.
• Lead engagement with landlords, developers, local authorities, suppliers and strategic partners.
• Oversee site feasibility, planning, permitting and design activities.
• Work with engineering, property, legal and delivery teams to ensure project execution.
• Monitor programme performance, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Present recommendations, business cases and project updates to senior stakeholders.
