Project People is seeking an Infrastructure Expansion & Commercial Lead for a high profile client based in Reading, offering hybrid working in the United Kingdom. The role drives network growth, identifies new site opportunities and delivers scalable connectivity solutions to support business expansion and customer requirements.

You will lead the full lifecycle of infrastructure development from opportunity identification to planning, design, build and operational readiness, working with

Qualifications

Telecoms experience in mobile or digital infrastructure.
End-to-end delivery of site development and deployment.
Commercial acumen including business case development and negotiation.
Planning, permitting and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Identify and progress new site opportunities across macro, rooftop and streetworks.
Develop scalable connectivity and shared infrastructure solutions.
Lead business cases, negotiate agreements and manage commercial risks.
Oversee feasibility, planning applications and design development.
Coordinate acquisition, build and deployment activities, monitoring timelines, budgets and quality.
Build internal and external relationships, presenting recommendations.
