Job summary

• Manage Incident and Major Incident processes; ensure SLAs are met or exceeded.
• Coordinate transitions for projects affecting the business unit and services.
• Maintain ongoing communication with end customers regarding performance and requirements.
• Build and sustain strong customer and supplier relationships; ensure service excellence.
• Collaborate with Technology Security and procurement teams on new technology evaluations.
• Promote a data-driven, problem-solving culture and continual improvements.
