Job summary

Ambition Institute is seeking an Executive Director for Technology and Resources to lead technology strategy and organisational capability. You will join the Executive Committee and report to the Chief Executive Officer, shaping platforms, data and partnerships to expand impact in education and internationally.

You will oversee Technology, Finance and People, delivering strategic improvements, managing risk, and guiding the organisation through change with strong commercial and financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Accomplished technology and transformation leader capable of contributing at executive level.
• Experience in setting technology strategy and delivering measurable improvements.
• Familiar with platforms or services used by large external user communities.

Responsibilities

• Own and shape the technology strategy and resources to support Ambition Institute's growth.
• Oversee Technology, Finance and People through experienced Directors and executive accountability.
• Advise the Chief Executive and Board on strategic choices and drive an inclusive organisational culture.
