Job summary

Ambition Institute in London is recruiting an Executive Director to lead technology strategy, drive transformation, and extend impact across education. You will join the Executive Committee, reporting to the Chief Executive, and oversee Technology, Finance and People with executive accountability.

You will shape technology-enabled education initiatives, partner with delivery partners, and guide strategic choices to improve outcomes while stewarding resources responsibly.

Qualifications

• Accomplished technology and transformation leader at executive level.
• Experience setting technology strategy and delivering measurable improvements.
• Experience with platforms or services used by large external user communities.
• Strong understanding of digital technology, data and AI with commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Shape technology strategy aligned with the charity's mission.
• Oversee Technology, Finance and People through specialists.
• Advise the Chief Executive and Board on significant choices.
