Job summary

Ambition Institute in Manchester seeks an Executive Director to lead technology, finance and people as a senior member of the Executive Committee. You will shape technology strategy, drive delivery, and collaborate with partners to extend impact in education and internationally.

You will guide large-scale platforms, data and AI initiatives, working with Directors to translate strategy into sustainable improvements while supporting the charity's mission.

Qualifications

• Accomplished technology and transformation leader with executive level experience.
• Experience setting technology strategy and delivering measurable improvements.
• Experience with platforms or services used by large external user communities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Technology, Finance and People as part of Executive Committee.
• Shape technology strategy and drive measurable improvements across the charity.
• Advise the Chief Executive and Board on strategic choices and risk.
• Lead through Directors of Technology, Finance and People to realise ambitions.
