Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Technology Program/Project Management.
• Proven track record delivering large, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in matrixed environments with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Background verification check required; visa sponsorship possible for certain positions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex technology initiatives across multiple platforms and teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, architecture, business leaders, and external partners to drive alignment.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, release plans, and delivery artifacts.
• Track progress using data-driven insights and tools such as JIRA and Rally.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies with clear mitigation strategies and senior reporting.
• Drive cross-platform dependency management and integrated release planning.
