Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical discipline.
Experience delivering large-scale technology transformation or complex programmes.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and systems integration.
Experience in multi-supplier and outsourced delivery environments.
Ability to translate architecture into executable delivery plans.
Experience working in governance-driven environments.

Responsibilities

Shape and maintain the end-to-end technical delivery strategy for major technology programmes.
Translate technical understanding into executable delivery approaches spanning engineering capability, operational readiness, and live service transition.
Integrate technical activities across programme workstreams and coordinate dependencies.
Provide technical leadership during complex delivery challenges and facilitate resolution with architects, engineers, and technical specialists.
Challenge assumptions, identify risks, and recommend pragmatic solutions.
Provide integrated technical advice to programme leadership.
Establish engineering capability, governance, delivery processes, environments, tooling, and build pipelines.
