Job summary

Qualifications
- Requires strong leadership and strategic oversight.
- Experience delivering design and engineering services for residential developments.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, programmes and external consultants.
Responsibilities
- Provide directional leadership to deliver technical expertise, approvals and infrastructure.
- Lead engagement with external consultants to meet road, sewer, drainage, and foundation design requirements.
- Develop regional technical strategy aligned with group standards and KPIs.
- Coach and develop regional technical team to achieve high performance.
