Job summary

The Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting Senior Lead at Julian Hodge Bank Limited ensures integrity, governance and delivery of external financial reporting for the Group and its subsidiaries. Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with PQE in banking or financial services.
• Proven ability to lead statutory reporting processes and external audit relationships.
• Strong written communication skills for Board-level papers and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the preparation of annual statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee statutory reporting for The Carlyle Trust and consolidated Group, including subsidiaries.
• Manage audit activities, liaise with external auditors, and resolve issues.
• Provide definitive technical accounting conclusions and lead policy implementation.
