Job summary

TP ICAP is seeking a Category Manager – Technology Procurement for a 12-month fixed term contract in Belfast. You will support the Head of Procurement – Technology in developing strategy, running sourcing activities, and managing key supplier relationships.

The role requires experience in strategic procurement, technology spend categories, and strong stakeholder management. Hybrid working arrangement in the Belfast office is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic procurement or category management.
• Experience managing technology spend categories (Software, SaaS, Infrastructure, Cloud).
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing across Tech, Finance and Business functions.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of Procurement – Technology with developing 3-year strategy and category plans.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities: supplier selection, tenders, negotiations and award.
• Manage complex high-value contracts and governance forums with suppliers.
