Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in London is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager within the Chief Data & Analytics Office. This role leads large, multi-functional technology programs impacting clients, employees, and stakeholders across the firm.

You will drive planning, delivery, and governance, guiding technology choices while managing budgets, resources, and cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex technology programs in large organizations.
• Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project and maintaining accurate program artifacts.
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving to break down objectives.
• Experience with vendor relations and managing change in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and delivery schedules for assigned programs.
• Manage day-to-day program execution using JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies with engineering teams.
• Maintain program documentation including status reports, risk registers, RAID logs, and dependency matrices.
• Oversee engineering risks and dependencies for assigned programs.
• Engage with stakeholders including customers within the lines of business.
• Guide the selection and implementation of appropriate technologies and tools.
• Champion continuous improvement and stay current with emerging technologies.
• Partner with the product organization to drive business outcomes.
• Prepare and deliver regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
