Job summary

Intec Select Ltd in London is seeking a Technology Lead to drive data linkage, data architecture and digital technologies across health data initiatives.

You will shape strategic technology programmes, evaluate emerging technologies and build partnerships with universities, government and industry, while leading cross‑disciplinary teams in a hybrid London role (3 days onsite).

Experience of working in health data ecosystems and with senior stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of data linkage and data architecture in health/science contexts.
• Deep understanding of the UK health data landscape and key organisations.
• Experience shaping data/technology strategies into programmes or initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage senior external stakeholders and partnerships.
• Experience with universities, funders, government or similar organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives across data linkage, data architecture and digital technologies.
• Identify emerging technologies, research programmes and investment opportunities.
• Develop a strategic view of the UK health data landscape and infrastructure.
• Assess programmes and identify opportunities for collaboration and impact.
• Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across health and academia.
• Represent the organisation at industry and health data forums.
• Provide technical and strategic leadership across digital technology programmes.
• Shape approaches, standards and priority investments for a portfolio.
• Contribute to funding proposals, contracts and major programmes.
• Align priorities with research, policy and organisational teams.
