Responsibilities

• Act as the key finance partner to the Technology Leadership Team.
• Provide clarity on financial performance, highlighting trends and risks.
• Deliver reporting and performance updates across teams.
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Analyse variances against plan and make recommendations.
• Drive visibility across technology spend.

Skills

Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent)

Finance business partnering

Experience in financial services or insurance

Strong commercial mindset

Advanced Excel skills

Excellent communication skills

Understanding of technology cost drivers

Comfortable in evolving environments
