Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Business/Technology role.
• Experience within Retail & Finance functions is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of delivering significant and complex change programs.
• Experience working with project delivery teams to implement projects on time.
• Demonstrable experience in managing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.
• Partner with business units to co-create a technology roadmap.
• Assist in creating robust business cases and defining KPIs.
• Monitor solution implementation and review post-launch performance.
• Communicate IT decisions and manage stakeholder expectations.
