Job summary

Jackson Hogg Limited is recruiting on behalf of a leading life-saving technology manufacturer for a Technical Director to join the Board and steer the company’s technical agenda. The role encompasses strategy, innovation, product and technology roadmaps, engineering capability, compliance and product integrity across a multi-disciplined Technical function.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience in electronics-based product businesses.
• Experience delivering hardware/software products through certification and industrialisation.
• Regulated/high-integrity product experience with post-certification change control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute 3–5 year technical strategy and technology roadmap.
• Provide Board-level leadership on investment, risk, product, portfolio and capability decisions.
• Govern NPD from concept through verification, certification, industrialisation and launch.
