EPAM Systems in London is seeking an Agile Project Manager to lead Agile delivery within the DevSecOps DB function. You will partner with engineering teams to drive operational excellence, oversee milestones and promote best practices across the SDLC.

The role combines servant-leadership with project accountability, requiring effective stakeholder communication, backlog management in Jira, and collaboration with DevOps/SRE teams to improve metrics and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager in tech/engineering environments.
• Ownership of timelines, dependencies and milestones.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Jira for backlog management and reporting.
• Solid understanding of DevOps, cloud-native engineering and delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.
• Drive continuous improvement through structured feedback loops.
• Remove obstacles hindering progress and escalate when needed.
• Create and maintain project timelines and track milestones.
• Manage risks and issues with stakeholder visibility.
• Collaborate with DevOps/SRE to enhance delivery metrics and dashboards.
• Support CI/CD workflows and pipelines optimization.
• Promote engineering best practices and developer experience.
• Monitor AWS environment performance and metrics.
