Job summary

Sharp Consultancy is partnering with a growing, PE-backed services business to appoint a Technology Delivery Project Manager. You will own a varied technology change portfolio, delivering key ERP and core systems projects, enhancements and wider initiatives across data, automation, and cyber.

Reporting to the Head of IT, this hands-on role combines project delivery expertise with strong stakeholder engagement to translate technical requirements into business outcomes and ensure lasting value

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering technology projects from initiation through to implementation and handover.
Strong stakeholder engagement with the ability to influence and challenge at all levels.
Good Agile delivery mindset with iterative approaches and flexible plans.
Commercial awareness including budgets, suppliers, risks and priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead technology projects from scoping and planning through to implementation and transition into BAU.
Apply Agile delivery methods and governance to ensure delivery progress and quality.
Establish project reporting and controls to improve visibility and accountability.
Manage third-party suppliers and implementation partners to keep commitments on track.
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders from technical teams to senior leaders.
Translate business needs into clear project priorities and communicate progress and decisions.
