Job summary
Accenture in London is seeking an Associate Manager to lead technology transformation programmes across High Tech sectors. You will own delivery workstreams from requirements through deployment, coordinating across architects, engineers and business teams to ensure measurable client outcomes.
You will manage analysts and consultants, mentor junior staff, and drive agile delivery while engaging senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering technology or digital transformation programmes.
- Experience leading a project or significant workstream and taking accountability for delivery.
- Good understanding of the end-to-end technology delivery lifecycle.
- Experience operating in Agile delivery environments and working with multidisciplinary technology teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior client stakeholders.
- Knowledge of AI, cloud, data, automation, digital platforms or other emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead technology delivery workstreams, taking ownership of scope, plans, milestones, dependencies and outcomes.
- Manage and develop Analysts and Consultants, providing direction, coaching and quality assurance.
- Work directly with client business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into clear delivery plans and technology outcomes.
- Drive delivery across the technology lifecycle, including requirements, solution design, build, testing, implementation and deployment.
- Coordinate across architects, engineers, product owners, business teams and third-party providers to maintain delivery momentum.
- Lead delivery using Agile methodologies, including planning, backlog management, prioritisation and delivery tracking.
- Proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies, driving resolution and escalating appropriately.
- Lead client meetings and workshops and provide clear, concise updates to senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to programmes across AI, cloud, data, automation and digital platforms, bringing relevant technology knowledge and market awareness.
- Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and bring additional Accenture capabilities into engagements.
- Support proposals, solutioning and business development activity across the High Tech portfolio.
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted day-to-day point of contact for key stakeholders.

As an Associate Manager within Accenture’s High Tech Industry practice, you’ll work with leading technology companies to lead and deliver complex technology transformation programmes, helping clients translate business priorities into practical technology solutions and measurable outcomes.
You’ll work across Enterprise Technology, Consumer Technology, Semiconductor, Data Centre and Digital Infrastructure clients. Engagements may span AI and data transformation, cloud and digital platforms, systems implementation, technology modernisation and large-scale transformation programmes.
You’ll take ownership of key workstreams, working across business and technology teams and managing delivery from requirements and solution design through to implementation, testing and deployment.

- Strong experience working across business and technical teams, with the ability to translate between both.
- Experience operating in Agile delivery environments and working with multidisciplinary technology teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior client stakeholders.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, risks, issues and dependencies in a complex delivery environment.
- Understanding of AI, cloud, data, automation, digital platforms or other emerging technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and an ability to recognise opportunities to create additional value for clients.
We’re open to candidates from a range of backgrounds, including Technology Consulting, Technology Programme Delivery, Digital Transformation, Engineering, Data & AI, Cloud Transformation, Product Management, Business Analysis and Technology Operations.
Experience within High Tech is beneficial but not essential; we are particularly interested in candidates with strong technology delivery experience who can quickly build industry knowledge.
