You will draft and negotiate complex SaaS, licensing and IT contracts, advise on data, IP, cybersecurity and AI issues, and support commercial teams.

The successful candidate has 10+ years PQE, strong commercial judgement, and can drive practical legal solutions in a fast-moving tech business.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with around 10+ years PQE in technology and commercial law.
• Experience negotiating SaaS, licensing, IT services and cloud contracts.
• Strong ability to advise on data, IP, cybersecurity and AI issues.
• Comfortable supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate technology and commercial agreements (SaaS, licensing, IT services).
• Advise on contracts for online platforms, e-commerce and digital products.
• Support procurement, product, finance and operations teams on tech matters.
• Identify risks and provide pragmatic solutions; develop templates and playbooks.
