JHB & Partners seeks an experienced Interim Commercial / Technology Lawyer in the UK to join a fast-growing legal business on a full-time interim basis. The role embeds in-house counsel for a portfolio of technology-focused clients.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years' PQE, UK qualification, and can hit the ground running with hands-on, pragmatic advice on commercial agreements, SaaS contracts, data privacy, and related matters. Start ASAP with flexible/hybrid working.

Qualifications

• UK-qualified lawyer with 4+ years' PQE or equivalent.
• Experience with technology businesses, scale-ups or in-house environments.
• Able to work directly with clients and provide pragmatic, business-focused advice.
• Available immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate customer and revenue-generating commercial agreements.
• Draft and negotiate SaaS and technology contracts.
• Draft product and services terms.
• Negotiate supplier and procurement agreements.
• Prepare NDAs and confidentiality arrangements.
• Handle data privacy and related technology matters.
