The role reports to the Tax Partner and oversees tax projects such as corporate reorganisations, employee share initiatives and incorporations while developing strategies to reduce liabilities and mitigate tax exposure. Qualifications

• CTA qualification is preferred.
• Expertise in Corporation Tax, Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Stamp taxes, Inheritance Tax and Employment Tax.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely completion of tax projects including corporate reorganisations and incorporations.
• Develop strategies to reduce tax liabilities and identify further mitigation opportunities.
• Create detailed project plans with timelines and deliverables; review work of team members and support their development.
