Job summary

Qualifications

• CIPD membership is required.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning principles.
• Sound knowledge of employment legislation and fair recruitment processes.
• Experience advising managers on attraction, selection, interviewing and appointment procedures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns to support workforce requirements.
• Partner with managers to identify current and future staffing needs, providing workforce planning advice and recruitment solutions.
• Develop recruitment plans, prepare job descriptions and person specifications, and coordinate advertising campaigns.
• Manage interview scheduling, assessment processes, pre-employment checks, and onboarding activities.
• Provide expert advice on recruitment and selection, ensuring compliance with legislation and organisational policies.
• Monitor recruitment activity and workforce trends, producing reports to support workforce planning.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates to promote a positive recruitment experience.
• Contribute to development of recruitment processes and workforce planning initiatives.
