Job summary

DAZN in London is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to partner with TA Partners and leadership to identify and engage exceptional talent across Marketing, Corporate and Commercial functions worldwide.

You’ll own sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles, build talent pipelines, and use LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-powered tools and market intelligence to improve outcomes. The role is based in DAZN’s Hammersmith office, with mostly on-site work.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in talent sourcing or headhunting.
• Proven track record for senior, specialist and hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience sourcing across Marketing, Commercial, Digital and Corporate functions.
• Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and talent intelligence tools.
• Strong analytical skills translating market data into actionable insights.
• Ability to translate complex briefs into targeted sourcing strategies.
• Proven stakeholder management with TA teams, leadership and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent candidate engagement with passive talent.
• Strong commercial awareness of talent markets and competitors.

Responsibilities

• Own targeted sourcing strategies for business-critical, specialist and hard-to-fill roles, translating hiring briefs into effective sourcing plans.
• Lead proactive headhunting to identify, engage and build relationships with high-caliber passive candidates, including senior talent.
• Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines across key functions and markets to support immediate and future hiring needs.
• Lead talent mapping and market research to identify competitor talent, emerging talent pools and market trends.
• Partner with TA Partners, TA leadership and senior stakeholders to shape sourcing strategies and provide insights on talent availability and market conditions.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, AI, automation and talent intelligence tools to improve sourcing effectiveness and uncover new talent.
• Provide actionable market intelligence, candidate feedback and high-quality shortlists to inform recruitment decisions and hiring strategies.
• Track sourcing metrics, pipeline quality and conversion rates to measure impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Continuously improve sourcing approaches, testing new tools and methodologies and sharing best practices across the wider TA team.
• Develop strong knowledge of DAZN’s business, employer proposition and talent markets to strengthen candidate engagement and sourcing outcomes.
• Maintain high standards of candidate experience, communication, data integrity and recruitment compliance.
• Support end-to-end recruitment and wider BAU hiring activity when required, including high-volume periods and business-critical projects.
