Job summary

Wood Mackenzie Limited is seeking a Talent Development Lead to partner with assigned business areas, shaping capability priorities and delivering impactful learning programmes. You will collaborate with HR Partners, leaders and external partners to drive measurable outcomes and support workforce mobility and succession planning.

The role requires strong data fluency, stakeholder influence and comfort operating across global environments in a hybrid office setting.

Qualifications

Commercially aware and able to connect talent development activity to business outcomes.
Confident working with data to identify priorities and measure impact.
Able to influence senior stakeholders constructively and effectively.
Curious about emerging technologies and continuous learning.
Comfortable operating across matrixed and global environments.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary talent development partner for assigned business areas.
Design, source and implement learning solutions that address capability requirements.
Lead implementation of Manager Fundamentals and other manager development initiatives.
Promote AI capability building and adoption of AI-enabled ways of working.
Monitor programme effectiveness and use data to inform decisions.
