BDO UK LLP is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the Baker Street offices. You will manage your own resourcing areas, build relationships with senior stakeholders and influence innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

You’ll collaborate with senior managers, directors, and partners to align recruitment with business needs. The role requires in-house recruitment experience, strong communication, and a client-focused approach, with solid knowledge of employment law

Qualifications

• In-house recruitment experience, ideally within audit or professional services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong business acumen with a client-focused approach.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities; able to prioritise and drive outcomes.
• Up-to-date knowledge of employment law relevant to resourcing and recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
