Capital One Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for Software Engineering to directly influence the growth of a leading fintech. You will partner with engineering leaders to design long-term sourcing strategies and build robust pipelines of top software engineers.

This hybrid role is based in Nottingham with three in-office days (Tue–Thu) and two remote days, offering a high-impact, full-lifecycle remit and opportunities to shape compensation and hiring

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a full‑lifecycle recruiter with software engineering focus.
• Strategic, consultative approach to partnering with engineering leaders.
• Experience building communities and hosting tech groups to strengthen brand.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and candidate experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute long-term sourcing strategies for software engineers.
• Partner with engineering leaders to shape hiring models and compensation.
• Lead presence in Nottingham tech community and host engineering events.
• Data-driven use of market insights to influence pipeline investments.
• Provide world-class candidate experience from outreach to offer.
