Job summary

Office Angels is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment strategy, workforce planning and stakeholder engagement across the business. You will design sourcing approaches, manage the full lifecycle from workforce planning to onboarding, and partner with leaders to build sustainable talent pipelines while championing diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment partner roles.
Experience staffing across multiple disciplines and seniority levels.
Track record of filling specialist or hard-to-fill roles.
Experience developing employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of workforce planning and succession planning.
Experience building relationships with educational institutions and early careers programs.

Responsibilities

Lead Talent Acquisition & Recruitment strategies in partnership with leaders.
Develop innovative sourcing to attract high-quality candidates for specialist roles.
Utilise social media, job boards, networks and direct sourcing to identify top talent.
Enhance recruitment advertising effectiveness and candidate engagement.
Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and succession planning.
Support retention and career development initiatives and employer branding.
