Job summary

The Talent World is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment across the UK and international locations including the US, Middle East and South Africa. You will proactively source candidates, map talent markets and headhunt for niche roles while partnering with senior stakeholders to shape global hiring strategies.

In this role you will build strong talent pipelines, manage multiple vacancies, and drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar talent-focused role.
• Exposure to in-house recruitment across multiple locations is advantageous.
• Strong sourcing and networking capabilities for niche roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across the UK and international locations (US, Middle East, South Africa).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insights and recruitment solutions.
• Proactively source and engage high-calibre candidates through headhunting and direct search techniques.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill positions.
• Drive direct hiring strategies to reduce reliance on external agencies.
• Track recruitment activity and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
