Job summary

Sky seeks a hands-on Talent Acquisition partner to own end-to-end recruitment across Marketing, Commercial and Sky's in-house Creative Agency from briefing to offer. You’ll manage requisitions, partner with hiring managers and outsourced sourcing teams, and drive candidate experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You’ll bring proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, strong stakeholder management, active sourcing and a thoughtful, inclusive approach to hiring.

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience in-house or agency.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Hands-on sourcing, including passive candidates and talent pools.
• Experience partnering with outsourced sourcing teams.
• Solid knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment law and compliant processes.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, shape recruitment strategies, and manage expectations.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process from briefing to offer.
• Work with outsourced sourcing partners to align search strategies and briefs.
• Screen and assess candidates, supporting fair, inclusive hiring decisions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback.
• Support internal mobility and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
