Job summary

Sky is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment across Marketing, Commercial and Sky’s in-house Creative Agency. You’ll partner with hiring managers, manage requisitions from briefing through to offer, and collaborate with outsourced sourcing partners to optimise pipelines.

You will drive candidate experience, stakeholder relationships and continuous improvement of recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment in-house or agency environments.
• Managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to advise, influence and challenge hiring managers.
• Solid sourcing capability, including engaging passive candidates and building talent pools.
• Experience partnering with outsourced sourcing teams to improve pipelines and hiring outcomes.
• Understanding of recruitment best practices, inclusive hiring, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, balancing competing demands.

• Screen and assess candidates, supporting fair and inclusive hiring decisions.
• Ensure positive candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback.
• Support internal mobility and elevate internal hiring service and experience.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools and ways of working.

Join Sky’s Talent Acquisition team and take ownership of high-quality, end-to-end recruitment across Marketing, Commercial and Sky’s in-house Creative Agency. You’ll have the autonomy to manage requisitions from briefing through to offer, while contributing to campaigns, market-facing activity and continuous improvement. This is a role for a hands‑on recruiter who enjoys pace, stakeholder partnership and delivering results as part of a collaborative team.

What you’ll do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, shape recruitment strategies, advise on market conditions and assessment approaches, and manage expectations throughout.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from role briefing, attraction and sourcing through assessment, offer and hire.
• Work closely with outsourced sourcing partners, setting clear briefs, aligning search strategies
• Engage, screen and assess internal and external candidates, supporting fair, consistent and inclusive hiring decisions in line with Sky’s standards.
• Take accountability for candidate experience, providing clear communication, timely feedback and a positive, professional impression of Sky at every stage.
• Enable internal mobility, including elevating the service and experience for internal hiring.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activity, sharing best practice and supporting the evolution of recruitment processes, tools and ways of working across Talent Acquisition

What you’ll bring

Essential criteria:

• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end recruitment in an in‑house or agency environment, managing multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to advise, influence and constructively challenge hiring managers while building trusted relationships.
• Solid sourcing capability, including hands‑on experience engaging passive candidates and building talent pools for specialist or hard‑to‑hire roles.
• Experience partnering effectively with outsourced sourcing teams, providing clear briefs and timely feedback to improve pipelines and hiring outcomes.
• A good understanding of recruitment best practice, fair and inclusive hiring, and relevant employment legislation and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to balance competing demands without compromising quality or attention to detail.

• Experience in recruiting for Marketing, Commercial Growth or Ad Agency positions

How you’ll work

We’ve adopted a hybrid working approach to give more flexibility on where and how we work. The hybrid working expectations for this role are 3 days in the office per week.
