DAC Beachcroft LLP in Bristol is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruitment function across legal and business services, shaping how the firm attracts talent to support growth. You will develop a strategic TA plan, partner with senior leaders and our RPO partner, and drive direct sourcing, employer branding and candidate experience improvements across the firm.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading a Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Resourcing function in legal, professional services or a similar complex organisation.
• Proven track record delivering recruitment strategies that support growth, transformation and future capability needs.
• Strong people leadership skills and ability to build an accountable, collaborative, high-performing team.
• Credibility and influencing skills to partner effectively with senior leaders and executives.
• Knowledge of direct sourcing, talent pooling, workforce planning, and recruitment market trends.
• Experience managing recruitment suppliers and using data, technology and process improvement to enhance performance.
• Commercial judgement, excellent communication skills and a commitment to inclusive recruitment and a positive candidate experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team, creating a high-performing, customer-focused function.
• Develop and deliver a talent acquisition strategy aligned with business priorities, growth plans and workforce needs.
• Partner with senior leaders and People colleagues to anticipate hiring needs, address talent gaps and build strong pipelines.
• Oversee recruitment across legal and business services, ensuring a consistent, inclusive and high-quality experience.
• Strengthen direct sourcing, talent mapping, market intelligence, and employer branding to attract priority skills.
• Manage RPO, agency and search partners, recruitment budgets, and supplier performance to deliver quality and value.
• Use recruitment data and insight to improve decisions, outcomes, and service performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, technology, and ways of working, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
