• Proven track record delivering senior/leadership appointments.
• Experience in legal services or professional services.
• Strong sourcing, market mapping and research capabilities.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders with credibility.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• People management or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing agency and executive search partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Partner and senior Business Services roles.
• Develop tailored search and attraction strategies for senior hires.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across locations and leadership.
• Conduct talent mapping, market research and direct sourcing.
• Partner with senior leaders to understand workforce plans and needs.
• Provide market intelligence on remuneration and hiring risks.
• Manage relationships with executive search firms and agencies.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Collaborate with People Partners to ensure a joined-up approach.
• Support inclusion commitments through inclusive recruitment.
• Provide day-to-day leadership to the Resourcing Coordinator.
