Anglian Water is seeking an analytical and innovative Systems Solutions Developer to shape major investment decisions and sustainable solutions for millions of customers. You will use your analytical skills to solve complex challenges and influence investments across the region.

This hybrid role involves travel across the Anglian Water region with 1–2 days per week in the office. You will lead investigations, develop costed options and support TOTEX processes with stakeholders across operations,

Qualifications

• Cost estimating or business case development experience.
• Knowledge of risk and value assessment techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strong IT skills with Excel, Power BI and Microsoft Office.
• collaborative mindset and curiosity to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations into operations risks and identify long-term solutions.
• Develop costed options and designs to support investment decisions.
• Manage a rolling programme of solution development.
• Support TOTEX investment process, balancing costs and risks.
• Facilitate Risk, Opportunity and Value assessments.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, commercial teams and partners.
• Support future business planning and investment strategies.
