Job summary

Anglian Water Group is seeking a System Planner to join our established team of planners, helping identify operational risks, influence strategic decisions, and support future growth.

You will analyse data, work with operational teams and data owners, develop recommendations to mitigate risks and plan for future network needs.

We value transferable skills, strong communication, and the ability to translate insights into practical solutions across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing data and generating meaningful insights (Excel, Power BI & C55).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience building effective stakeholder relationships.
• The ability to influence and collaborate across different teams.
• Confidence working with large volumes of information and translating findings into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret data to identify current and future risks.
• Work closely with operational teams and data owners to understand trends and opportunities.
• Develop recommendations and solutions to mitigate risks and support business performance.
• Support longer-term planning by identifying emerging risks, growth requirements, and future network needs.
• Build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across the business.
• Present insights and recommendations clearly and confidently to different audiences.
