Job summary

Anglian Water Group Ltd. is seeking a System Planner to join our planning team. In a hybrid role, you will analyse data to identify risks, collaborate with operational teams, and shape plans to support growth and performance across the region.

You will present insights to stakeholders, translate findings into practical solutions, and help set longer-term network priorities while building strong cross-functional relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing data and generating meaningful insights (Excel, Power BI & C55).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience building effective stakeholder relationships.
• The ability to influence and collaborate across different teams.
• Confidence working with large volumes of information and translating findings into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret data to identify current and future risks.
• Work closely with operational teams and data owners to understand trends and opportunities.
• Develop recommendations and solutions to mitigate risks and support business performance.
• Support longer-term planning by identifying emerging risks, growth requirements, and future network needs.
• Build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across the business.
• Present insights and recommendations clearly and confidently to different audiences.
• Use data-driven decision making to influence planning priorities and business outcomes.
