Anglian Water is seeking a System Planner to join our established planning team, helping to identify operational risks, influence strategic decision-making, and support future growth. This is a highly varied role where you'll combine analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills to help ensure we have the right plans and solutions in place both now and for the future.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing data and generating meaningful insights (Excel, Power BI & C55).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience building effective stakeholder relationships.
• The ability to influence and collaborate across different teams.
• Confidence working with large volumes of information and translating findings into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret data to identify current and future risks.
• Work closely with operational teams and data owners to understand trends and opportunities.
• Develop recommendations and solutions to mitigate risks and support business performance.
• Support longer-term planning by identifying emerging risks, growth requirements, and future network needs.
• Build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across the business.
• Present insights and recommendations clearly and confidently to different audiences.
• Use data-driven decision making to influence planning priorities and business outcomes.
