Job summary

Watershed, London-based, is seeking an experienced Sustainability Advisor to accelerate the adoption of best-in-class programs. You will work with some of the world’s largest companies on reporting and action, while collaborating with product and go-to-market teams to embed sustainability intelligence into Watershed’s products.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an advisory role and 4+ years in sustainability across roles are expected.
• Expertise in corporate decarbonization and familiarity with major frameworks (GHGP, PCAF, SBTi, CSRD, ISSB, CDP).
• Strong communication skills to present analyses to C-suite and diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advise sustainability leaders at top companies on strategic engagements spanning target-setting, decarbonization, and reporting.
• Stay ahead of emerging frameworks and regulations, translating into actionable guidance for customers and internal teams.
• Help Watershed develop new products by identifying sustainability needs and prototyping value at the intersection of advisory and technology.
