Job summary

Watershed, the enterprise sustainability platform, is seeking an experienced Sustainability Advisory senior manager to join our team in London or remotely. You’ll advise leaders at Fortune 500 companies, shaping sustainability strategies, decarbonization plans, and regulatory disclosures.

You’ll work with product and GTM teams to embed sustainability intelligence into the Watershed platform, build new services, and contribute to thought leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years professional experience in sustainability consulting.
• At least 4 years in client-facing consulting roles.
• Deep decarbonization expertise and familiarity with climate frameworks.
• Strong communication with C-suite and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior clients on decarbonization and reporting programs.
• Lead strategic engagements across target setting and disclosures.
• Translate trends into actionable guidance for clients and internal teams.
• Contribute to product strategy and Watershed thought leadership.
